Illustrator, designer, and framer

Jacqueline is a professional science illustrator residing in Sarnia, Ontario. Originally from Michigan, Jackie pursued her artistic talents at the University of Michigan, where she received a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and a Master's degree in Medical and Biological Illustration.

Jackie's portfolio includes illustrations for the National Zoological Park, the Detroit Zoological Institute, Ferndale Pharmaceuticals, Hayden-McNeil Publishing, Inc., and more. Her work can be seen in the world renowned reference set, Grzimek's Animal Life Encyclopedia, by Gale Publishing. She also has experience in website design and web graphics.

Jacqueline's career is not only driven by her love for art, but more so by her intrigue with nature and science. Each illustration requires an understanding of the subject matter in order to properly convey it to the audience. Jacqueline enjoys the research and learning involved in each illustration.

In addition to her science illustration career, Jacqueline offers custom graphics and picture framing services in Lambton county, Ontario. She is a member of the Sarnia Artist's Workshop, as well as the Sarnia Photographic Club. Outside of the world of art and photography, Jackie enjoys traveling and playing volleyball. She volunteers her time to coaching a local grade nine girls volleyball team.
